1. Payment
Whilst many transactions are settled in cash we also accept payment by most debit and credit cards however this does not include American Express.
2. Deposit Payment - On ALL Dresses and Gowns
Fairytale Gowns requires a non-refundable deposit to enable us to either secure your purchase or to place your order with our suppliers.
All deposits are non-transferable.
3. Balance Payment - On ALL Dresses and Gowns
Fairytale Gowns offers an interest free payment plan option. Monthly payments are therefore required as discussed at the time of purchase. Full settlement will be required before the item can leave the boutique. Ownership of said garment will be transferred once ALL monies have been received in full.
4. Acceptance of Order
We will require our Terms & Conditions to be signed to enable us to place your order.
6. Delivery
Each designer states their own delivery schedule. Bridal gowns are usually delivered with 12 - 18 weeks, bridesmaids on average 8 - 10 weeks.
Express delivery is available at 6 weeks with an additional charge.
7. Refunds and Exchanges
Unfortunately, once your order has been placed, we are unable to cancel it. Therefore, full payment is required.
8. Alterations
Fairytale Gowns has five dressmakers and seamstress's we recommend for any alterations that your dress/gown may require. Although we can highly recommend them we cannot be held responsible for the alterations that are carried-out on your wedding dress. Wedding alteration charges are in addition to the cost of the all gowns/dresses.
